1)How to order?
Kindly complete the order form (name, contact, delivery address, item code, item color, size) which can be found at the right bar of the website and send it to amodelstudio@gmail.com

2)I have ordered something but have previously seen on your website at a different price.
As an online business we act much faster in adjusting our prices in response to fashion trends, stock and demand from customers. It’s our general view not to refund the difference.

3)How do I sign up for the AMS newsletter?
The easiest way to sign up for our newsletter is enter your email address in the ‘delivered by feedburner’ column which can be found at the side and activate it. You don't have to buy anything yet, but when you do want to start shopping, this'll also give you a head start.

4)How do I pay for my order?
We like to give you plenty of payment options, you can use online transfer, cash deposit, atm transfer, cheque to our Maybank, CIMB, HongLeong Bank or Public Bank account. We accept Paypal too.

5)Do you have a shop?
We are an online Fashion Store, which means you can shop with us 24 hours a day, from all over the world, and you don't even have to carry your own shopping home, because we'll deliver it to your front door.

6)When will you deliver my goods after I make the payment?
Parcel will be send out on the next day (except Public Holiday and Weekends) after we received your payment. Please allow 1-3 working days (depending on your areas) for parcel to reach you.

7)Which courier company did you use?
We send the parcel via Poslaju. However, we do send via Registered Mail upon customer’s request. We highly recommend the method which required someone to sign for the parcel and trackable.

8)Do you deliver to work addresses?
We can deliver to your permanent residential address or your place of employment but we do not deliver to a PO Box address(except Sabah and Sarawak) for security purposes. If you want your delivery to reach you at work, you need to be confident that someone will be there to take receipt of the goods as the courier will deliver to the place not the person.

9)Has my order been shipped out yet?
As soon as your order is dispatched, you will be sent an email to confirm that it's on its way. Tracking number will be given in the email. From there it should be delivered within the timescale we advertise. If your order is trackable you can check it's progress by log on to the relevant website.

10)I couldn’t track my parcel, the tracking number does not exist!
Don’t worry, once you got your parcel tracking number, which mean your parcel already been dispatched. Sometimes, Poslaju tracking system is pretty slow and parcel can only be track after 8pm or the next day after parcel sent.

11)I have not received my parcel after 1-3 days!
Please check your parcel status at http://www.poslaju.com.my/emstrack/ Poslaju need someone to sign for the parcel, most probably there is no one at your home/office when they delivered your parcel. Please call Poslaju customer service 1 300 300 300 for a re-attempt delivery service.

12)I have received a faulty item.
We will aim to resolve any issue with a faulty item as quickly as possible but we need you to tell us as soon as you discover the fault (within 2days*) so we can resolve the issue for you. Please include as many details as possible about the order and the problem with the goods and we will get an alternative sorted out for you.

13)I am not receiving your email/ newsletters.
If you are not receiving our emails or our regular newsletter, one of the most common reasons for this that your email software is marking emails from us as junk mail, and are sending them to your spam folder. If you are still not getting the newsletter, make sure you typed in the right email address when you signed up with us via feedburner and Activate it.

14)There is an accessories blogshop A Model Xcess in your website, can I combined the accessories with your clothing and shipped out together?
At this moment, both AMX accessories and AMS clothing can be shipped out together to save on postage. 

15)I have send in my order/ inquiry but I did not get a reply.
We promised to reply your email as soon as possible. If you did not hear from us within 24 hours, please check your spam mailbox or please resend your email again.

16)Do i get a discount if i purchased more than 2 items or a certain amount?
Items sold here is fixed price. Hence, there is no discount for purchased more than 2items or certain amount. But, there is free delivery via Poslaju(within Malaysia) and free gift for those who purchased rm150 and above in a single receipt.

17)Do you provide COD or pick up services?
We are sorry as in, postage delivery is the only way for now. We are unable to provide COD or pick up services.

18)Can i try on the garments before purchase?
We are sorry, Try on garments is strictly not allowed.

19)Item status shown 'Restockable', what does this mean and when can i received the 'restocked' item?
Item status shown Restockable which mean this item on hand is all sold out,i got to restock it from supplier. Restock date is on every Wednesday(unless Public Holiday), if i managed to restock, item mostly will reach you on Thursday.
